Do you charge a call-out fee?
During standard business hours (7AM-4PM) , We don’t charge any call-out fee . We will arrange a time , assess the issue when we arrive, explain what’s required and provide clear pricing before carrying out any work.
No hidden fees, no pressure and no gimmicks , Just upfront pricing before you decide.
For after hours or weekend works we have an attendance charge of $199.00

Every is different and every different materials or situations can make things easier or harder, this is why we avoid promising a price prior to attendance.
Once we arrive, we’ll inspect the issue and explain the cost before carrying out the repair.

What should I do if I have a burst pipe or major water leak?
If it’s safe to do so, turn off the water supply at your property’s main isolation valve and give us a call.
Moving furniture or belongings away from the affected area can also help minimise water damage while you’re waiting for assistance.
If water is affecting electrical equipment, power points or electrical wiring, keep clear of the affected area.
What if my drain is overflowing?
Stop using fixtures that are contributing to the overflow where possible and give us a call. Continuing to run water can make the overflow worse.
We can investigate the blockage, clear the drain and, where required, use CCTV drain inspection equipment to help determine what caused the problem.
